GYMKYDS GYMNASTICS

Preschool GymKyds (1:45 - 2:00 pm)

Ages 3-5, 1-hour beginner gymnastics program that introduces gymnastics movements and fundamentals including floor, beam, bars, and vault. This is a fun and energetic class that encourages active participation. GymKyds takes great pride in the quality of our preschool programs. In this class children are having fun, developing basic gymnastics & physical literacy skills, and making new friends!

 

Home School Gymnastics (3:00 - 4:00 pm)

Ages 5-14, 1-hour beginner & intermediate level program designed to build fundamental gymnastics skills & build on participants existing skills. Children will be grouped according to skill level and age. This class is great exercise, lots of fun, and an activity students will look forward to every week!

 

GymKyds 1 and 2 (4:30 - 5:30 pm)

Ages 5-8, 1-hour beginner & intermediate level program designed to build fundamental gymnastics skills & build on participants existing skills. Children will be grouped according to skill level and age. This class is great exercise, lots of fun, and an activity students will look forward to every week!
