Description:
We will work on a wide range of exercises designed to progress flexibility, strength, endurance, alignment and balance. We will focus primarily on straight handstands, preparing to press, balance and progressions you can continue on your own.
Beginners are welcome, but you must be able to hold a handstand against a wall for 10 seconds. Suitable exercises will be given to challenge each individual’s abilities.
What to Wear:
please wear stretchy workout clothes
*Please arrive and bring a theraband and yoga blocks if you have.
Rates:
- $60 ($15 per class) when you register for 4 weeks in a row (sessions start September 10th, October 8th, November 5th)
- $20 drop-in (subject to availability)
*preferred payment method is by e-transfer but cash is also accepted in class
