Class Description

Come learn the basics of handstands! For beginners, establish the hollow body form and strength needed to be upside down on your hands. Experienced can work on the endurance of their handstand and progress to shapes.

Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for a class to run.
