Service Description

This class will focus on passive and active leg flexibility as well as any exercises aiming to tone the legs. Good for all levels and disciplines from those wanting to touch their toes to those who want to work on splits and extreme flexibility of the legs. We will also work on increasing balance on the ground and by using different props such as blocks, Bosu ball and canes. Finally we will not forget the importance of core strength by using preparatory exercises for handstands and strengthening the wrist and shoulders, as well as tips for alignment and posture in a handstand will be thoroughly explained. Get your legs and core on!
