Acro Yoga is a dynamic practice that blends elements of yoga, acrobatics, and healing arts. It involves working with a partner or in groups to create flowing sequences of acrobatic poses and movements, combining strength, flexibility, balance, and trust. Acro Yoga fosters a sense of playfulness and community, encouraging practitioners to connect, communicate, and support one another in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're new to Acro Yoga or looking to refine your skills, our jam sessions are a perfect opportunity to practice, learn, and grow with others. Perfect for all levels, these drop-in sessions are a great way to explore the dynamic and creative practice of acro yoga. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned flyer, come and jam with us in a supportive and playful environment! Come solo, bring a partner, or invite friends, everyone is welcome! No experience necessary. Let’s lift each other up and create something amazing together!

Cancellation Policy

Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for a class to run. In our classes, we have six aerial points available and occasionally more students enrolled. When this happens, students will take turns using the apparatuses throughout the session. This shared format allows for valuable rest time, encourages observation-based learning, and supports a safer, more focused class environment.
