Contortion and Handstands

This is a stretching and hand-balance class for people of all levels and backgrounds. The class uses circus techniques from around the world to work on form and line to become stronger and more flexible.  All levels welcome!

Tuesdays: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm   (Adults)

Sundays: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm  (Adults)

Sundays: 2:15 pm - 3:30 pm    (Kids)*

$25 per two-hour class or $45 for both

Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport about elegance, beauty, flexibility, rhythm, connections and passion. Our program will be taking girls ages 4 through 10 to prepare them for a bright future in Rhythmic Gymnastics. We will be enhancing flexibility, apparatus handling and their feel for music. We make the program enjoyable but also challenging so that the girls leave each class learning something new and with their skills improved. We will teach them how to use their muscles, how to coordinate themselves and much more. The classes will be 2 hours long as we need time to do proper warm up and time for trial and error.

The girls will be required to wear black shorts or tights (not stockings, proper leggings), black short sleeve or long sleeve shirts and white socks, please try to find clothes that are breathable! Your child must also bring a water bottle and any equipment provided. There will be a short break in between the two hours so please feel free to bring a small, light snack. Your children’s hair must be tied up into a pony tail or a braid, if their hair is long, make a braid then loop it through a few elastics so that it is out of the way. Hair should NEVER be worn down because it is a distraction and can potentially be dangerous.

$550.00 for 34 classes (2 hours each class).

Bellydance with Accalia


For dancers who have never taken Bellydance with Accalia (regardless of previous training with another teacher). Also recommended for dancers within the first couple years of their bellydance study.

This class tends toward Intermediate to Advanced material. Dancers should already be comfortable with basic ITS movement, chest isolations, shimmies, body waves, umis & hip circles. Some modifications will be provided. Beginner technique is a prerequisite.

Performance Prep Classes



Performance participants are required to attend a session of Technique Training classes with Accalia in the same year that they wish to register for a Performance Prep class. Only the Performance Prep classes will culminate in a performance

Aerial Yoga with Mia 

Take your yoga practice to new heights! Aerial yoga uses the silk swing to support the weight of the body so you can attain optimal alignment in yoga asana. Decompress the spine while strengthening the core muscles, access deeper backbends, and sustain challenging inversions.

Leg Flexibity and Strength

This class is good for anyone who wants to improve extensions, tone the legs get the splits or just touch their toes. Includes passive and active flexibility as well as strengthening the legs and core.

Get ready for fun, high quality gymnastics programming for children ages 3 & up! Our goal is to promote a healthy, active lifestyle by providing a supportive, friendly, and above all “fun” environment for both students and their parents.

Strictly Floorwork 

In this weekly class you’ll learn tricks and transitions designed to enrich your body awareness, fluidity and repertoire OFF your apparatus of choice, leaning towards a more sensual style of expression.

Tricks and transitions will be broken down in every single detail before linking them together in a sequence performed exclusively on the floor. A fun and upbeat class which will work your whole body!!!


Open to all levels;

Heels encouraged but not required; 

Attire: comfortable pants or knee pads encouraged;

Tuesdays: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Hula Hoop Jam

Hoop Jams are a fun opportunity to try hooping for the 1st time if your a beginner or to practice your skills if you've been hooping for awhile.

​Jams are informally structured with no official class. However people are generally more than happy to help figure something out.  Come out and get your hoop on with us every Thursday!

Acro Yoga

AcroYoga is a partner and group practice that combines yoga, acrobatics, and dance. This practice is a fun and playful way to build trust, strength, flexibility and confidence. For the majority of the class you will be working with a partner or small group, as well as learning individual warm ups and conditioning that you can do on your own. In AcroYoga classes you will be encouraged to base, fly and spot. Learning in all three roles gives you a deeper understanding of the skills and of AcroYoga as a whole.
