Adult Aerial Silks 2
Prerequisites: Intermediate aerial silks experience
Class Description
This is our intermediate aerial silks class, designed specifically for adults with prior experience in aerial silks. Throughout this session, we'll delve into open wraps, explore a variety of climbs, and begin to feel comfortable in the air. To achieve these harder skills, there will be a greater focus on conditioning and stretching. Emphasis will be placed on trying skills from a climb, feeling comfortable in our inverts, and refining existing skills. Prerequisites: You are able to invert from the ground and are comfortable climbing to the top of the silks. You know advanced footlock skills like marionette and have been introduced to open wraps such as hip lock. Optional Showcase on December 21st

Cancellation Policy
Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for a class to run. In our classes, we have six aerial points available and occasionally more students enrolled. When this happens, students will take turns using the apparatuses throughout the session. This shared format allows for valuable rest time, encourages observation-based learning, and supports a safer, more focused class environment.
