Class Description
Take flight! Gain strength, flexibility and body awareness in a safe space. This class is for complete beginners or people getting back into the air. You'll be guided through a variety of foundational skills and poses, building a strong base to safely progress and continue your aerial journey. Mastering the fundamentals is the fastest and safest way to keep learning new skills.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for a class to run. In our classes, we have six aerial points available and occasionally more students enrolled. When this happens, students will take turns using the apparatuses throughout the session. This shared format allows for valuable rest time, encourages observation-based learning, and supports a safer, more focused class environment.
