Class Description

Just in time for the spooky season, a workshop that will elevate your fright factor. This workshop will teach you how to bend your body in ways you didn't know you could. Use the skills learnt as great party tricks or to entertain any trick-or-treaters. The moves will not only challenge you physically, but also mentally.
