Class Description

Ready to take your aerial training upside down? This 4-week session is designed for students who are comfortable with foundational skills like footlocks and are ready to build stronger, more confident inverted movement. Whether you’re working toward your first clean invert or looking to strengthen and refine the inversions you already have, this class focuses on technique, conditioning, and control. We’ll explore straddles, tuck inversions, inverted poses, transitions, and dynamic pathways while building the core and upper body strength needed to make inverted skills feel more solid and effortless. Perfect for students ready to move beyond the basics and level up their aerial vocabulary.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations. A minimum of 3 students must be enrolled for a class to run. In our classes, we have six aerial points available and occasionally more students enrolled. When this happens, students will take turns using the apparatuses throughout the session. This shared format allows for valuable rest time, encourages observation-based learning, and supports a safer, more focused class environment.
