What to Wear:

Please wear leggings with no zippers and a top that can be tucked in. It is also advised to bring a long-sleeved shirt.

* All jewelry must be removed before you begin for your protection and the protection of the hoops.

* Socks can be worn during the warm-up, but they will need to be removed in order to work on the equipment.

Rates: 

-$100 for a 4-week session ($25 per class)

*drop-in classes available ($30/drop in) for summer sessions only but will be subject to availability*

* Due to the small size of the class, there are no refunds due to cancellations*

Hoop 1: Intro to Aerial Hoop
with Jamie Normand

Mondays: 6:15-7:15 pm

Summer session 1: June 24th, July 8th, 15th & 22nd

Summer session 2: July 29th, August 12th, 19th & 26th

Take flight! Gain strength, flexibility and body awareness in a safe space. This class is for beginners or people who have taken a break from aerial arts. You will be introduced to a variety of skills and poses. Mastering the fundamentals is the fastest and safest way to keep learning new skills!

Hoop 2: Open Level

Mondays: 7:20-8:20 pm

Summer session 1: June 24th, July 8th, 15th & 22nd

Summer session 2: July 29th, August 12th, 19th & 26th

This is a mixed class for intermediate students or people getting back into the air. It's also a good class if you want to strengthen your basics. You will be introduced to a variety of skills and poses while continuing to mastering the fundamentals.


Prerequisites: ability to invert without putting feet on the bar or approval from Jamie to attend. If you think this is the right class for you, but haven’t been approved yet, please reach out to Jamie.normand@gmail.com
