These classes are designed to introduce you the the fundamentals of pole. You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques.From basic spins, to climbs, to pole poses, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone with no previous pole experience, or as a refresher of the basics.

These classes are designed to increase your knowledge and proficiency of the fundamentals of pole. You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques.
From basic spins, to climbs, to pole poses, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone that attended at least one Beginner Pole Technique course, or as a refresher of the basics.
Intermediate Pole Technique

After you have mastered the fundamentals, It's time for new challenges! In these classes you will learn inverted tricks and transitions, and more complex movements both on static and spinning pole, that will increase your strength and agility.

If the sensual side of pole is your jam, this is the class for you.
This course is structured in a progressive way, to give you all the very fundamentals, from heels technique and body awareness, to awe inducing flow sequences. Always putting good form first, this course Is a workout in disguise!

These classes are designed for the most proficient exotic dancers. Acro tricks, drops and intermediate combos on the pole will be just a bit of what this course has to offer.
A technique and choreography class to push your exotic vocabulary and proficiency to a top-shelf category!
*heels mandatory; Knee pads recommended but not required*
