Stretching classes are designed to improve flexibility, maintain muscle and joint health, and enhance overall physical well-being. During the first month, I will focus on assessing each student's flexibility level, designing personalized stretching programs, and performing basic warm-up and relaxation exercises. I will also emphasize proper exercise technique and gradually increase the intensity and duration of stretching, taking into account each student's individual needs.
